A. You can either fill out the inquiry form located on our website or send us a message through Instagram or Facebook!

A. We take request during the week and have "office hours". Which are Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. Inquiry forms will be answered as soon as possible. Saturdays and Sundays are our install days and we are unable to answer any inquires during these days.

A. We are a full service business and do not inflate balloons brought to us.  We make sure to order high quality balloon supplies that we prepare and install at your event. 

A. There is a nonrefundable retainer fee that secures your event date. If you need to change the date of your event, please let us know! Spaces are limited when rescheduling for a new date, first come first serve applies to each date.
